Nori & Wed Creative, founded in 2024 by Jess Rackley (proud mom to the wild and wonderful Nori & Wed!), brings a fresh perspective to design. With a unique background spanning two decades in the environmental and energy sectors and extensive project management experience, I now focus on creating well-designed, comfortable, beautiful, and affordable spaces and events. I love incorporating vintage finds and always prioritize family-friendly functionality.

Beyond the design board, my life is joyfully filled with art and craft adventures with Nori & Wed, a constant search for design inspiration, travel, and soaking in art. I also enjoy a good match on the tennis court and experimenting with new recipes. My foundation includes a University of Virginia education, design training from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design, and MBA courses from George Washington University, allowing me to bring a well-rounded perspective to your project.
