Named for these two in the pic, my wild and wonderful little ones, Nori & Wed Creative was founded by Jess Rackley in 2024. With two decades of experience in the environmental and energy sectors, I decided to shift direction recently to pursue these creative pursuits. My design approach focuses on spaces and events that are well thought-out, comfortable, beautiful and affordable. I enjoy repurposing and using some unique vintage pieces, and always have a eye towards making design family friendly.

In my spare time, I enjoy chasing these two around, doing art and craft projects with them, perusing all things design related for inspiration, traveling, art museums, tennis, and cooking. I graduated from the University of Virginia and have taken design classes from the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design and MBA courses at George Washington University.
